Orders and Delivery

All orders are dispatched from our UK headquarters. We aim to dispatch your order using standard delivery in 1-2 working days from when your order was made.

UK Standard Shipping

Royal Mail Second Class delivery £4.99. Orders delivered within 5-7 working days. 

UK Express Shipping

Royal Mail First Class delivery £7.99. Orders delivered within 3-4 working days. 

EU Shipping

My Hermes tracked delivery £10.99. Orders delivered within 10-12 working days. 

Once you have made your order: 

Once we have received your online order, we will send you an order confirmation email. If you notice anything wrong with the order please contact us via email at

Once your order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email so that you know your order is on the way.


Our refund policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since product receipt, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please contact us via email first and remember to include your online receipt. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will then send you the details on how to return your goods. Being a small start-up company, we are unable to offer complimentary postage for returns. 

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is recorded in your bank statement.

It is also helpful to contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
